At GK Dental, we ensure the safety of our staff and team members. Any sort of violent behavior towards staff and team members would not be tolerated at all.
1. Endorsement of Zero Tolerance Campaign
We strongly follow the government’s Zero Tolerance campaign for health care workers to ensure everyone at our practice can help people without the fear of getting abused.
2. Mutual Respect
It is quite important to have mutual respect between the patients and staff members to make sure that we offer quality care to them. In order to improvise this, there needs to be an understanding that the staff members try their best to help the patients but sometimes they manage multiple challenging tasks and situations all at once. Similarly, the staff understands that patients are in pain and may sometimes act unreasonably but we would try to make sure that our staff handles misunderstandings with respect and compassion.
3. Violent Behavior
Any sort of aggressive, patronising or violent behavior won’t be tolerated. It includes any sort of physical, verbal or racial abuse, using bad language with staff members, making unrealistic demands and damaging or stealing anything from premises of the dental practice.
We request that you always treat the dentist and staff members with respect and courtesy.
